Sign in -Security key from Ledger Flex FIDO 2

Hi, the problem not resolved.

For last 4 Months I asked about help two times in Microsoft support . In both cases the problems were not resolved. I spent my time but any result.

sorry. I think the company doesn’t have qualified employees or doesn’t want to resolve the issues???

Google and Yahoo this issue has resolved in a few days….

We’ve reviewed the issue, and it appears that Microsoft currently has limited compatibility with Ledger Flex FIDO2 keys, even after the latest firmware updates. This is a known issue affecting multiple users.

In the meantime, please try the following steps:

• Try connecting the key using a different USB port or via NFC if available.
• Check if the key is already registered in your Microsoft account: https://myaccount.microsoft.com/security-info

If the issue persists, it may be due to Microsoft’s current FIDO2 implementation not fully supporting Ledger Flex. We recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support to report this compatibility issue, as it may require updates on their end.

Hi, I show the problem. I can’t use security key from ledger flex with Microsoft. If it’s my problem It’s no problem for me I will use another option . But you should not offer this service for everyone.
