Even using text to columns I can't convert 4112025 to a date format, but other dates like 12012025 convert correctly.

Smart View is not downloading on my machine
I have tried multiple times to download Smartview and while the download works, its not showing up on excel. I look into add-ins and its not there either. Can you please help with a proper install?
