Update Legal Name in Microsoft Learn

Hi,
I got married last December and need to update my Legal Name so I can register for exams.
The current legal name is: Kathleen E McElveen
The correct new legal name is: Kathleen Elizabeth Banks
When I try to update this in Microsoft Learn I receive a "requires further review" message.
Please let me know what steps to take to get this updated.
