How can i merge 2 certification IDs

To merge two certification IDs, you will need to merge the associated profiles in Microsoft Learn. If both certification IDs are linked to different profiles, you can perform a profile merge. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Choose one of the profiles to sign into.
2. In the login account management section, select "add login account".
3. If the login account you are adding is associated with another Learn profile, this will trigger a profile merge.
4. All contents from the second profile will be brought into the signed-in profile, and any duplicate content will be removed.
5. Note that merging profile data cannot be undone, so ensure you want to proceed with this action.

Make sure that only one of the profiles contains a personal Microsoft login account to successfully merge them.

Its giving errors stating its a personnel account and cannot be added even its a company account

Iam facing the same issue, after completing DP 700 certification exam , i ddint receive the score sheet, and i was told that i have dual accounts and need to be merge , some one please help me
