I created a page of labels(8160) when I go to print them my printer goes to CD Tray not my paper Tray. I reinstall my office program and my printer Epson XP-970

    Word labels sometimes silently set the media type to CD/DVD, which forces the XP-970 into CD tray mode.

    Do this:

    • Open your label document in Word
    • Go to Layout → Size → More Paper Sizes

      Paper size: Letter (8.5 x 11)
    • Click Paper Source tab
    • For First page and Other pages, set:
      Default tray (Auto Select)

    • Save the document
    • Close Word completely
    • Reopen Word → reopen the document → print again
