Hi @Winnie Chou,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Regarding to your question, Microsoft Teams Approvals does supports multi‑approver requests. You can send one approval to several people and choose whether any one approval is enough or everyone must approve. However, there isn’t a way for a single person to "agree for multiple approvers at the same time", each assigned approver must submit their own response.
You can see: Get started with approvals
In Teams Approvals, "multi approval" include:
- Everyone must approve (parallel): The request is sent to all approvers at once and the flow waits until everybody has responded (or stops if one rejects).
Reference: Create an approval flow that requires everyone to approve
- First to respond: The request completes as soon as any approver approves or rejects.
Here are a few steps you can follow to achieve it:
1/ Open Approvals in Teams > New approval request.

2/ Add the approvers in the Assigned to field.

3/ Turn on Require response in the assign order if you need.

4/ Send the request, each approver will get a card and can Approve/Reject from Teams or the Approvals app. (Approvals created via SharePoint/Lists also surface in the Teams Approvals app.)
Reference: Approvals in Lists & Document Libraries
5/ In some advanced scenarios:
- Everyone must approve > waits for all approvers (stops if one rejects).
- Approve/Reject - First to respond > completes when any approver responds.
- Custom responses (wait for one / wait for all) and Sequential approvals are also available if you need ordered steps or custom outcomes.
You can use Power Automate to achieve them.
