User is receiving Azure invoice emails but cannot access them due to an AADSTS16000 identity/tenant mismatch between their personal Microsoft account and the billing directory

I once had some azure stuff at a free level. Thats is gone, not used. I am still receiving emailed invoice for small EUR sum.. WHen I click to see them, and log in .. I get a pope up errorsm indicating authentication problems and need to connect to a work or school enail address. I dont have work or school email address. When I logout and login .. same problem and still invoices still come.

    As discussed on private messages, please use the TenantID and UPN to login and access Azure!

    And you can access resources successfully!
