I purchased a license for Office 365 and Word on 5th Dec 2025 which is unusable due to the OS of my Mac - a refund is required

I purchased an on- line license for Office 365 and Word on 5th December 2025 for £84.99. On downloading this it informs that my Apple Mac Pro OS (v 11.7.10) will not support this software. I have sought advice but this confirms that the software is not compatible. There was no clear guidance about this when I purchased and would like to claim a refund.

    Hello, good day and thanks for your question. The September 2023 update (16.77) is the last build to support macOS Big Sur and you can find the installer (search for 16.77) via the link below including the reference link as well.
