If you're experiencing a big white box in the middle of your screen, it could be related to a few different issues. Here are some steps you can try to resolve it:

    1. Check for Full-Screen Applications: Sometimes, applications running in full-screen mode can cause display issues. Try pressing F11 to toggle full-screen mode off.
    2. Close or Minimize Applications: If the box is part of an application, try closing or minimizing the application to see if it disappears.
    3. Restart Your Computer: A simple restart can often resolve display issues.
    4. Check for Updates: Ensure your Windows and any relevant applications are up to date, as updates can fix bugs that cause display problems.
    5. Graphics Driver Issues: If the issue persists, it may be related to your graphics driver. Consider updating your graphics driver or rolling back to a previous version if the problem started after an update.

If none of these steps work, you may want to seek further assistance from Microsoft Support or check online forums for similar issues related to your specific setup.

    1

Restart (not shut down) your PC to test if that white box is removed.

    2

If not, open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)

    Select the Processes tab.

In the Apps section in the resulting list, do you see any app running in the background that may be causing the white box, if so, right click it and select End Task, if that removes the white box, what is the name of that process.
