Hello Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request assistance with an issue I have been facing while trying to sign up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. For the past three days, each attempt has led to the same problem. After signing in to the Developer Portal with my personal Outlook account and clicking “Join Now” on the registration page, I am redirected to https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/profile, where the page remains stuck indefinitely without progressing.

To troubleshoot, I have already tried the following steps:

    • Cleared browser cache and cookies
    • Disabled ad blockers
    • Tested multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
    • Used different devices (laptop and mobile)
    • Attempted with different email accounts (Gmail and Outlook)
    • Checked Microsoft service status – all operational
    • Tried different networks and disabled VPN
    • Reattempted after waiting several hours

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I have attached a screenshot for reference.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide me with a solution. I need to access the developer account to continue with my studies and use the online tools.

Thank you for your time and attention.

Regards,

    Hi Shivam Sharma

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

I understand how concerning this can be, and I appreciate your patience and the effort you’ve already put into trying to resolve the issue.

I tested this on my end and found that using a business account allowed me to access the dashboard without any issues, while using a personal account resulted in the same issue you described. It also appears that several other users have recently reported experiencing similar challenges when attempting to sign in with personal accounts.

As a forum moderator, we do not have access to the internal systems required to investigate individual account issues due to privacy and security constraints. Therefore, we recommend contacting Microsoft Support through Services Hub. Please note that Services Hub is intended for paid support tickets and access is subject to certain conditions. You can find more details here: Services Hub sign in FAQs | Microsoft Learn.

Alternatively, you may want to try signing up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program with a business account to see if you can access the dashboard. Microsoft has recently updated the eligibility criteria for the free E5 Developer Sandbox. You can read more at: Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ | Microsoft Learn

I hope this information is helpful.
