Hi Michelle, I understand how confusing that must feel. The charge you’re seeing is likely from a service called Microsoft Mountain View, which is often linked to Microsoft subscriptions like Office or Microsoft 365. It usually appears that way on billing statements because the processing center is in Mountain View, California. Let’s check if you have an active Microsoft subscription under your email. Can you confirm if you’ve ever signed up for Office, OneDrive, or any Microsoft service? If not, we’ll look into whether someone else used your details. Please log in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com and review your subscriptions and payment history.

You can definitely speak with someone directly. The best way is to contact Microsoft Support through their official site at support.microsoft.com. Once there, choose “Billing” or “Subscriptions” and select the option for live chat or request a call back. If you prefer phone support, you’ll find the regional number listed under “Contact Us.” Before you reach out, keep your billing statement and Microsoft account details handy so they can quickly verify and assist you.
