    Dear @AATIKAH LEBELO,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

The issue of not being able to create standard charts (like graphs) in Excel after a data conversion, especially from a statistical package like SPSS via a macro, is often related to how Excel interprets the data format or how the macro executed the conversion.

What exact error or behavior do you see when you try to insert a chart, a greyed‑out “Charts” ribbon, an error dialog, or a chart that inserts but is empty?

Also, let me know the file type.

Please help me provide File > Account > Product Information and your version in About Excel.

Have you tried on another device?

One of the possible causes is that Numerical Data is formatted as Text, so please help me check this first.

Also, I sent you a private message asking for the file. Can you copy the data from the original file and send it to me? A notification will appear at the top of the post; please click 'View message' to go to the private message.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Good day

Thank you for getting back to me. I am still struggling to create graphs on excel. When I select certain columns to create a graph it does not allow me. See the attached message. Some of the figures does not show you have to click on certain cells for the figures to appear. Please see the attached image.
