To cancel your subscription, please go to https://admin.microsoft.com/ and sign in using your admin account.
How to find your admin account:
- When purchasing the subscription, an administrator account was created (usually in the form ******@yourcompany.onmicrosoft.com).
- If you don't remember, check the purchase confirmation email or contact the person who set up the subscription. You can also search your mailbox for keywords such as "Microsoft" or "onmicrosoft.com" to find it.
