Hello Gurkan,
Thank you for posting question on Microsoft Windows Forum.
Based on the issue description, the profile setup errors generally occur if the Microsoft account being used is already tied to another organization or if there is a mismatch between the email domain and the agreement contact.
The following are a few of suggestions that you can try.
1.Use the Existing Link with Mr. Kreis.
- Since you mentioned the issue is with the profile setup error after clicking the link, advise Mr. Kreis to try a different browser, clear his cache/cookies, or use an incognito/private browsing window when attempting the setup again.
2.Contact Microsoft Volume Licensing (VL) support team.
- It is possible your account is not yet associated with the Open Value contract. In that case, you will need to contact the Microsoft Licensing Support team. They can troubleshoot Mr. Kreis's profile error and resend the invitation email to either him or your account.

3.Check with Your Microsoft Partner or Reseller.
- If you purchased the licenses through a partner or reseller, they often have the ability to assist with the initial linking and user management processes.
