Login Issues - "Please retry with a different device or other authentication method"

I’m having trouble logging in. The error message says:

"Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in. For more details, please see this link."

I’ve already tried clearing cache, switching browsers, and restarting my device, but the issue still persists.

Has anyone else encountered this?

  • What other steps can I try to resolve it?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

    I had the same problem, I solved it by using Microsoft Authenticator on my mobile phone to sign in.

    Same issue on my Android. Resolved by signing in with a different MS account. I then added an additional account (the primary MS account I use) in the To Do app.

    j'essaye de me connecter a lunar client avec mon compte microsoft mais ca me mets ca "Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in. For more details, please see this link".

    J'ai essayer de me connecter avec un autre appareil et ca fais la meme chose.

    Mon compte microsoft marche tres bien aucun probleme de connexion. c'est juste avec lunar client que je peux pas.

    Je dois faire quoi pour récupérer mon compte Lunar Client ?
