Clipchamp Sign-In Loop Issue with Personal Microsoft Accounts

The sign-in process for Clipchamp does not work with personal Microsoft accounts.

Context:

Using OneDrive preview and Microsoft Store app
Tested with a school account, which works but leads to a different landing page, not Clipchamp (similar to Word)
The issue persists even after repairing, resetting, and reinstalling the application.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi!

If you're done with resetting the settings, please try this additional step:

Clear credentials and Reconnect a. Open Control Panel → Credential Manager → Windows Credentials b. Remove any stored Clipchamp/Microsoft credentials c. Relaunch Clipchamp and reconnect your personal Microsoft account
