Clipchamp Sign-In Loop Issue with Personal Microsoft Accounts

The sign-in process for Clipchamp does not work with personal Microsoft accounts.

Context:

  • Using OneDrive preview and Microsoft Store app
  • Tested with a school account, which works but leads to a different landing page, not Clipchamp (similar to Word)
  • The issue persists even after repairing, resetting, and reinstalling the application.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hi!

    If you're done with resetting the settings, please try this additional step:

    1. Clear credentials and Reconnect a. Open Control Panel → Credential Manager → Windows Credentials b. Remove any stored Clipchamp/Microsoft credentials c. Relaunch Clipchamp and reconnect your personal Microsoft account
