Resolving Service Tag to Serial

We have a Surface Pro sitting with TSA at the airport which got left behind.

We only have the Service Tag but not the external serial number for it.

We need to identify it in order to recover it.

Is there a link on MS that allows us to identify the actual serial via service tag?

    Hello Howard, 

    Let's help you find the serial number of your Surface Pro. Is your device registered to your Microsoft account? If it is, you should be able to find the serial number under the Device info and support when you log in to your Microsoft account.
