Microsoft Surface Studio 28" Touch Screen. Power Adapter 220V stepdown to 120V (product from US. Ebay)

Dear Technical Experts,

Recently, I purchased from Ebay sold by techmarketplace (9428) A SURFACE STUDIO DESKTOP PC WINDOWS i7 16GB

I am in Thailand, the AC power here is 220V. Could You Tell Me If it comes WITH THE NECESSARY TO PLUG ON 220V.

OR, Do I need a proper "SUITABLE" Power Adapter 220V. step down 110V. ?

    you probably need a converter.
