how do i change my microsoft learn account details?

I want to change my current login from <PII removed> to <PII removed>.

You can link your new account to your learning profile by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner and selecting settings.

Scroll down on the settings screen until you see 'Account Management' then below linked accounts choose +Add Account.

Once you have added your new email account. Sign into the Microsoft learning platform using your new account details. Go to your profile icon in the top right corner again and select settings. Scroll down to Linked accounts. Then you can remove the old account email address. Any future sign in will use the new email address.

MS Learn will only allow one personal account so I cannot Add Account if the existing email is "personal" and the one I want to add is also "personal" --- how can I swap the account from one personal account to another? Thank!

Hi, I've linked my work email as a personal email by accident, is there anyway to swap this? Every every time I try and add my personal account it says I can't due to one already being added

It's impossible to change to another personal account!!! I don't have a work account to put in. I need to change to my new personal email address!!!
